We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.
Returns Accepted Within 14 Days
You may return your book within 14 days of receiving it if:
- The book arrived damaged or defective.
- You received the wrong item.
- The book is unused, in its original condition, and in original packaging.
We do not accept returns if:
- The book shows signs of use, wear, or damage caused after delivery.
- The return request is made more than 14 days after delivery.
How to Return
- Email us via our Contact page with your order number and reason for return.
- We will confirm eligibility and provide return instructions within 2 business days.
- Ship the book back to us. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to our error (wrong item, damaged goods).
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned book, we will process your refund within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
Exchanges
If your book arrived damaged, we’re happy to send a replacement copy instead of a refund — just let us know your preference when you reach out.
