Up to 90% Mentorship Support Grant
The Business Catalyst Project (BCP) is an initiative by the National University of Singapore (NUS) and SkillsFuture Singapore (SSG) for enterprises to embark on projects in strengthening capabilities through implementation-led training, consultancy services and workplace-centric projects. The scheme provides up to 90% support for qualifying SMEs to co-fund the costs incurred by enterprises in engaging NUS to provide project mentorship. more ≫
Dr KF Lai is the NUS assigned professor to conduct BCPs in digital marketing. The project scope outlined below has received in-principle approval, paving the way for a faster application process.
Digital Marketing BCP
Receive mentorship and assistance from Dr KF Lai and his team in:
- Crafting of marketing strategy, including product-market fit, key messages, and SWOT analysis
- Creation or upgrade of website
- Search Engine Optimisation (SEO)
- Traffic analysis and tag implementations
- Execution of ad campaigns through SEM, Display, Video, Social, Retargeting and other relevant channels

Up to $30,000 for 6-month project. Pay less than $3,500 (excludes third-party cost).
